You can request the permanent deletion of your iKinesis account and associated data, in accordance with the GDPR (right to erasure). Enter the email address linked to your account: our team handles the request and confirms the deletion by email.
Irreversible once processed. Proof of identity may be requested. The app's health data is deleted along with the account.
