Features

Every movement-analysis tool, on a single platform.

Data brings your expertise into focus.

Each module quantifies an objective measurement and records it in the patient's follow-up.

An accurate range, tracked over time

IMU goniometry

Place the sensors on each side of the joint: the angle is measured in real time through quaternion fusion, more precise and reproducible than a manual goniometer. Compensations from the neighbouring segment are highlighted. The deficit and its recovery become quantified.

Quantify every step

Gait analysis

One sensor on each foot: iKinesis automatically detects strides and quantifies cadence, step length and duration, stance and swing phases, left/right symmetry and foot roll. Enough to objectify a limp or an asymmetry, and track recovery session after session.

From treadmill to field

Running analysis

Stride analysis in dynamic conditions: speed, foot strike, pronation, leg stiffness, fatigue index, and their evolution over effort. Objective indicators, comparable between sessions.

What jump height doesn't tell you

Jump analysis

Squat jump, countermovement jump (CMJ), drop jump: the sensors describe how each leg pushes, extends and absorbs — not just how high it jumps. Both sides are always reported side by side, leg by leg, with no risk score and no comparison to population norms.

Your strength data, inside iKinesis

Kinvent integration

iKinesis integrates Kinvent: launch a test from iKinesis and strength data flows automatically into the patient record — peak force, hamstring/quadriceps ratio, left/right asymmetry — with no double entry, tracked over time.

Quantify balance

Balance & posturology

One sensor on the pelvis is enough. Choose the position (standing, single-leg L/R) and condition (eyes open/closed): iKinesis objectifies postural control and weight-bearing distribution, highlights a compensation and tracks balance over time.

From history to goals

Structured clinical assessments

A complete assessment wizard, from general to specialty: complaint, clinical exam, measurements (manual or sensors), validated questionnaires, endurance tests with timer and normative comparison. A rigorous framework that brings objective measurements and clinical exam together in one place.

The report that lands

PDF reports & patient follow-up

Each assessment compares to the previous one and is summarised in a premium clinical PDF report, readable by patients and peers alike. A progress curve that strengthens the patient's commitment to their care.

From assessment to program

Prescription & exercises

Build personalised rehab programs from the objectified deficits. Add exercises from the catalogue or film your own, set sets, reps and rest. The assessment → program → follow-up chain, without a break.

All the way to the patient

Patient app & remote exercises

You share the program through a dedicated patient app; they perform it at home with video, timer and set-by-set tracking, and you keep the link and the history. The final step of the loop: quantify → understand → track → support.

One patient. One record. All their data.

Every measurement joins the same patient record. Assessments compare, reports generate, progress reads at a glance. That's the difference between an isolated measurement and real follow-up.
